Kamandalu Resort & Spa recently threw a Staff Gathering for its staff and family members. The program was full of social and reviving activities, such as sport games, blood donation program, Balinese traditional offers ‘Gebogan’ competition, morning walk program and interesting games for children.

The Balinese Hindus use two kinds of calendar systems, the Saka calendar system and the 210-day Pawukon system. The Saka calendar is a lunar system and each of the 12 lunar months ends on a new month. The calendar begins the day after the new moon that ends the ninth lunar month. This always coincides with the Gregorian March. The Balinese Hindus 'celebrate' the coming of the new year of saka calendar in silence, which is called 'Nyepi Day'. PAINTING EXHIBITION "THE BEAUTY OF HARMONY" at Bale Seni
July 15th, - August 31th, 2007

Kamandalu Resort & Spa is proudly presents a unique painting exhibition that elaborate more than 20 talented artists from 3 generations in a one extraordinary collaboration. The exhibition will open from July 15 until August 31, 2007 at Bale Seni of Kamandalu Resort & Spa.

Some painters who will be represented their masterpieces such as; I Gusti Made Kwanji, I Wayan Tutur, I Wayan Dolik, I Made Dana Munut, I.B. Made Nadera (Alm), etc. All of them will bring along their famous paintings that have been exhibited in some galleries or museums such as Rudana Museum , Nikko Bali, Art Centre, Puri Lukisan Museum , etc.

The theme of the exhibition is “The Beauty of Harmony” that expresses the ultimate of diversity of their masterpiece which refer to the balance of the universe and nature through the harmony of living. This collaboration will create the thrill of new masterpiece.

WE DO CARE is our slogan in conjunction to rejoice our togetherness & celebrate the 1st anniversary of our community unit called "Ikatan Keluarga Besar Kamandalu Resort & Spa".

Our program is including of:
blood donation on December 23, general cleaning on December 24, social visit to "Senang Hati" orphanage in Tampak Siring, Gianyar on January 4, fun sport on January 5 to 7, while the fun walking & family party on January 8.

All activities were not just followed by the staffs of Kamandalu Resort & Spa but also involved & supported by all guests who were staying at the time of activities. The aim of all activities is to dedicate our willingness and care to our neighborhood especially in Gianyar Regency. We still have our sense of humanity even though tourism is suffering but we are confident that it will be back as it was soon.
