* Prior reservation is required and subject to room availability
* No charge for children from 0 - 5 years old,
50% discounts for children from 6 - 12 years old.
12 years old children and above will be charged as an adult.
* Package inclusions are non transferable/changeable/refundable
Cancellation Policy
* Ubud Chalet and Garden Villa - no later than 14 days prior to arrival
* Pool Villa - no later than 30 days prior to arrival
* Any cancellations made on and/or after the specified period of notice
or no-show would be subjected to one night cancellation fee.
