Dear Valued Partners,
Warm greetings from Kamandalu Resort and Spa, "The Enchanting Balinese Village...!"

Thank you for your loyal support to Kamandalu Resort and Spa.

Having the privileges to serve our guests from all around the world for many years, we believe it is the right time
for us to serve our guests and our partners with enhanced facilities. It is with our pleasure to announce
that we will commence a renovation project of our property in Ubud.

The renovation will start from January 8th through May 30th, 2011 and will cover the following areas:

1.
Ubud Chalets
Ubud Chalets will be fully refurbished to carry a brand new interior design.
2.
Lobby (including Main Gate, Drop-Off Area, and Main Entrance)
These areas will be fully refurbished and a brand new interior design concept will
take place.
Momentarily, during the months of the refurbishment, guests and their cars will be directed to
a temporary lobby (formerly the lobby of the Spa at Kamandalu) for guest check-in and check-out purposes,
as well as other functions normally performed in our regular lobby. Attached you will find an illustration
of the adjusted arrival flow upon guests' arrival at the resort during the above mentioned period.
3.
Bale Seni
Normally used for painting / art exhibitions.
4.
Public restrooms at the Lobby area and next to Bale Seni.

As seen from the attached lay-out, there will be enough space that separates between the refurbishment work
and the normal operating area. Rest assured that all services will be carried on as usual and will not be affected
by this refurbishment.
Noise and dust of this work will always be kept at minimum.
Adequate notifications will be relayed to the in-house guests and signage will be displayed throughout the resort.
Our Resort Hosts will always be on hand to serve our guests as well.

Meanwhile, other villa categories will function normally and are for sale in regular basis.
We are also proud to announce that we have completed refurbishments of our Pool and Deluxe Pool Villas.
