Thank you for your loyal support to Kamandalu Resort and Spa.
At Kamandalu Resort and Spa, we constantly strive to provide better services and facilities for our guests.
It is, therefore, with great delight we announce that, by January 10th, 2012,
we will be unveiling the latest additions to our resort:
- A new and more intimate Lobby (please see attached the location of our new lobby)
- A new Infinity Public Pool located at the edge of the resort, overlooking the green tropical valley of Ubud. This stunning zero edge pool is situated on a dramatic gorgeous backdrop specially made for our guests to enjoy the tranquil heaven. (please see attached the location of our new infinity pool)
Raising the success of our preceding completions further, we have planned another giant step forward in our up-grading commitment. The next renovation will start on January 10th through May 31st, 2012, covering the following areas:
- Petulu Restaurant
Our main restaurant will be fully refurbished and a brand new interior design concept will take place. Momentarily, during the months of the refurbishment, our Food and Beverage service will experience a slight adjustment of service as follows:
Breakfast will be served in-villas (a la carte basis, pre-ordered the night before)
Lunch and Dinner will be served at the brand new Rama Villa
- de Village Club, Swim-Up Bar, Kamandalu's Boutique Shop, Public Restrooms at the Lobby area and Bale Ketemu will be temporarily unavailable.
- Ubud Chalets
To ensure that our guests will stay in the best possible quality and setting, most of our Ubud Chalets will be closed due to any side effect this renovation may cause. These chalets will be opened in stages according to the finishing of the renovated area.
Reopening dates of each of the renovated area will be updated accordingly as different facilities will be opened at different stages until the whole completion of the renovation by the end of May 2012.
Rest assured that all services will be carried on as usual. Adequate notification will be relayed to the in-house guests and signage will be displayed throughout the resort. Our Resort Hosts will always be on hand to serve our guests as well as answer any question that they may have related to the renovation.
