Terms and Conditions
* The rates are valid through 31 March 2014
* The above rates are quoted in US Dollars ($) / IDR per room per night on a room and breakfast basis
* IDR rates are valid for Indonesian Citizens and KITAS/KIM’S Holders, subject to ID proof upon arrival
* US$ rates are converted to Indonesian Rupiah at the prevailing exchange rate on day of payment.

All rates are included 21% government tax and service charge
* Children under 5 years stay free if sharing with parents
Children from 6-11 years will be charged US$ 32.50/night + breakfast
Children 12 years and above charged US$ 65 net/night (maximum 1 child per room)
* Baby cot and babysitting is available on request
* Surcharge of US$ 30/villa/night for stay at Ubud Chalet, Garden Villa, Pool Villa,
Deluxe Pool Villa
and surcharge of US$ 50/villa/night for stay at Two-Bedroom Pool Villa is applicable during High/Peak Season
